This month’s speaker will be Steve Rubin from the WAVES Project. The WAVES Organization is presenting opportunities in the Scuba Diving community to fulfill the mission on Rebuilding Families & Relationships especially through these rough times. They help wounded veterans and a buddy become certified as Open Water Divers.
